If you nominate an occupation on the MLTSSL, you will be eligible for the visa (subclass 482) under the medium-term stream.

You may get a visa (subclass 482) approved under the medium term stream for a period of up to 4 years, and should your employer wish to, they can nominate you for a Permanent residency pathway after three years employment on your visa (subclass 482).
