It is quite upsetting when your visa is refused or cancelled. If you are in Australia when your visa is refused, you have the option to appeal your case to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. In man cases we may be able to assist you in winning your case in the AAT.

Please bear in mind, though, that there is a time limit for the lodgement of your case for review in the AAT. This time limit will be clearly outlined on your decision record.
